Being a bird lover I never thought that I'd fall for any other animal as a pet but this book, "My Illegitimate Son" is perfect beyond my imagination. From the very first page I kept getting endorsed by this book, this story, and the characters.What is unexpected for me was that this story shows the perspective of the pet- how they perceive us humans life and their comical commentary on our life.The illustrations that are included in this book are very unique and add a lot of sparkle in this story. Book starts with the dog's perspective of how innocence, sincere and loyal they are which is the first time I'm reading something like this and to be honest this way of portraying the story is very creative from my side.Last chapter was filled with so much emotions. The letters made me cry my heart out. They also holds some values and life lessons. For me it is the best chapter in this whole book.The ending was bittersweet. Reading through the entire life journey of a family felt like experiencing their moments of joy, love, and loss of loved ones.This book made me laugh and cry, this story deeply touched me. If you are a dog lover/ owner, this book is perfect for you!The way this story keeps going on was truly amazing and also undoubtedly beautifully written by the author.The author has a beautiful way of portraying what they've imagined in their mind, and they've done it beautifully.Trust me You'll fall in love with this book as well as it's characters.From my side it's definitely a must read, you'll enjoy it for sure.
