My HVAC requires a 20x21x1 filter. This has the closest, actual size at 19.75x20.75x.75.

Excellent replacement filters for our needs, terrific value on this multi-pack. Now I believe we’ll change our filters more regularly than we have been doing, bc we actually have the replacement filters on hand! (We don’t need to run yet another errand to yet another big-box store, where we end up parking in the hinterlands of each store’s parking lot, and where we wait in one of many long lines of customers, each of whom invariably run into a snag (ie something that causes each of them to take a long time completing their transaction, extending their stay in the checkout line by several minutes as my patience starts to wear thin (I’m a work in progress who truly has more patience now than I ever had before now. But waiting in long lines, in which each customer ahead of us takes an excessive amount of time checking out still provokes my impatience. I imagine I’m not alone in feeling this way in those situations! Anyway, I looked on Amazon and to my true delight I found this brand and one other brand which make talc-based powders in a variety of scents and options, and I ordered many of the choices including the “cooling” powder from each of the two brands I found that make it. Both brand’s powders work wonderfully, and if I could only choose 1 brand I’d choose this brand here! I do love both brands of cooking powder yet I’d choose this brand if pressed to make a choice! Use per directions and enjoy feeling cooler within minutes :):)

These filters were perfectly for me and they capture most of the particles and I have allergies so they work pretty good. Nice to have a box on hand so I can change them out every month or two. They do not restrict the airflow too much.

This 6-pack of MERV 8 filters was exactly what I needed at a low price point for my home HVAC system. They fit the intake properly and are more than adequate for catching dust and pet dander. I’m giving them 4 stars because while they work as expected, the cardboard frames could be a bit sturdier—but for the price, they are a solid value.

Great filters with a great price.

The size of these filters is exactly as described and I love the MERV 8 rating for dust control. I checked the specifications on my very old HVAC unit first to make sure it could handle these filters and they were compatible. Thickness and fit were perfect. What amazed me was to see on the front of these filters how much dirt and nasty they had kept from making its way to the air handler. Definitely filters at MERV 8 level. I didn’t have trouble with airflow. Look at the arrows. If you install it and see hashed cardboard across the filter, it’s likely been installed backwards. These filters had no smell. Unlike so many filter products, I was pleasantly surprised. The six pack was helpful for me because I needed to change my filters more frequently than most people (or property management) do. Excellent buy.
