Question 2

The laptop monitor extender screen shows "No signal". How to solve the problem?

Accepted Answer

Dear customer,
If you use HDMI to support video transmission, please make sure that the power supply is connected; if your laptop's USB-C port is like type "USB SS", this means that only the power supply, then you must use a docking station or HDMI adapter cable to extend the extra DisplayPort, and then restart S17; if you use 2 USB-C cables to connect the screen with the monitor, make sure that your USB-C cables support the video signal transmission (USB-C full-functioned port).
If you have any further questions, please refer to the Manual for more support and contact details.

Question 3

Is it necessary to use a laptop docking station?

Accepted Answer

It will depend on what types of ports and how many ports your laptop has. If you lack enough HDMI ports for connection, a docking station or a HUB might be necessary for data transmission.
If you need any help, please refer to the Manual for more support and contact details.

Question 4

Do i need to buy specific cables to connect this product to my macbook pro 16" 2021 (chipset apple m1 max) or does the auction include all the stuff?
