Finally, a way to travel if you have medication that must be kept cold. I am not a diabetic, but I do have Psoriasis. I take Tremfya once every six weeks and sometimes I must travel with it. This bag is the perfect solution! It does have many compartments inside that I did not need but it held my Tremfya pen nice and snug. It comes with two ice packs that fit in the front and back which kept my medicine cold for the whole 8 hours I was traveling. Priceless! I can't remember if it comes in other colors, but mine is black and that is perfect for me. It was not even questioned by TSA. I think this will last a long time, and I know it would work for insulin or other meds that need to be kept cold.

Very handy and convenient! Made our trip so much easier. We were able to fit everything we needed instead of a bunch of separate containers. It is just the right size. It is not bigger than it needs to be, which makes it easy to pack and transport and also to access when needed. The great part is that it is expandable! Like a suitcase is expandable. Same thing. It stays thinner when you don't need the extra room but when you need it, it's there. It has TWO ice packs so you're able to travel quite a distance without worrying about anything getting warm. To me this is a homerun!
