Fit perfectly on my exercise equipment. Sturdy and very well crafted.

These do not fit cap hex dumbbells but leave a ¾” gap. I bought to cushion the handle when used behind the knee for donkey kicks and fire hydrants but they don’t work well because the gap pinches my skin uncomfortably. I will probably return and try a different brand.

I added these to my pull-ups and I am surprised on how well they work!

Excellent quality and fit

fine for smaller handled dumbbells but for barbells these gap and feel pretty awkward to grip. Maybe should have gotten a larger size but these seemed advertised for barbells and listed the correct diameter for the barbells I use

Definitely changes your grip strength. Cannot lift anywhere near as much weight but definitely focuses on the muscle targeted a lot better.

Perfect for getting that extra grip on small bars and ropes. Just what I needed for my hand injury

Got these to increase my forearm activation on lifts. Substantially improves control and forearm muscle recruitment. I get better pumps and move the weights much better in my hand. Also makes you feel like a boss gripping onto the dumbells with ruthless aggression.

Works well, easy to secure and remove off bars. Have saved my palms and training forearms in the process. May be better suited for larger hands.
