They taste great and are an easy way to get a greatdose of fiber into your day. However, definitely heed the warning not to eat more than one bar in a single sitting. I learned that the hard way, and spending the afternoon running back and forth to the bathroom was not fun. As long as you stick to just one at a time, these are a fantastic snack to keep around.

These are good and taste great, but be aware that they contain a lot of fiber. For me, eating half a bar is perfect, but whenever I eat a whole bar, it seems like too much fiber and can upset my stomach. Other than that, they’re a convenient and satisfying snack.

We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
