The closest thing I've found to a chip-shop curry. I like to do a 50/50 mix with the medium curry, though this extra hot stuff isn't really that hot. Bit pricy on here though. You can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere. Only about a quid in offline shops. Btw, adding a dollop of Geetas mango chutney turns this into an awesome fruity curry.

Firstly I must say that this curry sauce mix tastes AMAZING! I love it. BUT I was shocked to see these on the shelf at my local Iceland for a third of the price. It wouldn't surprise me if 'someone' is just popping down to Iceland and reselling it for a hefty profit. So yeah, don't buy from here.

I've been buying this for years. It's an amazing tasting Chinese curry sauce that's pretty easy to make The normal version is what you find as Chinese curry sauce in a lot of chip shops in the North of England, but the extra hot version is extra special. Has a really nice taste and a pretty good heat kick to it Would recommend for realsies

I ordered the 2-pack and when it arrived it looked and felt like 2 sauce packets in a box, but it was in fact 2 resealable containers of curry powder. Just mix some powder with cold water and add to your pan. It contains flour, so it thickens up quickly if you simmer the sauce. I prefer my sauce less gummy, so add extra water or broth. It makes a good chip shop curry sauce for dipping chips or anything else. I'm not sure where the "extra hot" description comes from. It was a mild to medium sauce for me. I thought it might actually be too hot, but it's medium at best. Overall a good curry powder for a real quick sauce.
