This create is incredibly sturdy. It was easily assembled (I did need assistance with a second person holding the doors while I secured them - it was incredibly fast) - I encountered zero issues. It arrived early which was fantastic! My Doberman is a lucky girl! Zero regrets - Worth every penny!

5 stars for the product, seller communication and shipping time. It’s great quality especially considering its particle board. Boards are very dense compared to other particle board items. It’s study and nice to look at. It’s a bit small for 100lb dogs. But fits my smaller shepherd and 2 corgis fit perfectly. (I’d say 70lbs is probably the limit depending on height of your dog) The directions are confusing. Like many other reviews say. I had to take it apart and put it back together 4 times. The screws will strip out easily. Which is frustrating when you’re taking apart and putting it together multiple times. Purchasing better quality tools than what is provided is helpful. Pay attention to the boards and directions your installing them.

Not the sellers fault at all ,but Had the box not gotten damaged from I’m assuming the delivery people, and rain not gotten in it, it would have been very nice! I still used the kennel as I really needed it for my animals, but it would have been nice not to have received a damaged kennel. You will need two people to put it together, it’s is very durable and spacious,I would DEFINITELY recommend the kennel as it is built really good ,and for the cost it’s worth it! Unfortunately for me, the delivery service used didn’t care about following my directions and allowed it to get damaged! Usually if they leave the package where these were left, they get stolen if I don’t make it home in time. Unfortunately,My yard also floods…The directions I gave are to make sure they are left on the porch(in view of the camera and where it won’t get wet if it rains) the pictures I posted are of the damaged boxes and the damage caused by the rain.

This is awful! The measurements were off for the different pieces (the wood was a half inch longer than the metal). We had to make multiple adjustments (we had to cut an half inch off the different pieces) and create a base to keep my large dogs from falling through. The directions are atrocious and hard to decipher. It took approximately four hours to put together. My husband is a builder and this thing caused us major headaches. I hate to think about someone with little experience or mechanical knowledge trying to put this thing together. The bottom has already popped through and we just put it together tonight! My dogs hate it and so do I!

I saw several reviews mentioning difficult assembly, misaligned pilot holes, or broken screws, so I was a little nervous going in. Thankfully, I experienced none of those issues. Every hole lined up properly, the hardware fit as intended, and the assembly process was straightforward. One tip: don’t fully tighten your screws until the section is assembled. Leaving everything slightly loose gives you a little wiggle room if needed and makes alignment much easier. I assembled two crates using hand tools because I didn’t want to risk stripping or shearing any screws. Even taking my time (while being constantly “helped” by a curious bulldog puppy), I had both crates completed in about 4.5 hours. The end result was absolutely worth it. My older bulldog loves her new space, the puppy has plenty of room to stretch out comfortably, and I have peace of mind knowing they’re safe and secure while Mom and Dad are at work. If you’re looking for a crate that is strong enough for powerful breeds, beautiful enough to blend into your home, and thoughtfully designed for everyday use, this is it. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Received my item today and it lived up to my expectations, love the size and the lights. My pup will definitely grow into it. I gave it three stars because even though I love it and putting it together was fairly easy one of the parts came damaged, the left side metal frame came broken on the front corner.

I was sceptical about buying this model because I didn't see a single review. I took my chances and made that purchase. Glad I did! I spent hours reading reviews. I've read horror stories about missing parts, no screw holes, and damaged wooden panels. Let me tell you, this dog crate checks all the boxes as far as quality. It's well built and easy to put together. Every part, wood and metallic, are lettered. As well as the packets of screws. There is no way a mistake can be made if followed correctly. It also has a LED strip that can be controlled by your mobile phone. The cord is pretty short so I suggest purchasing a USB extension cable for outlets that are not by the area you place it in.
