We’ve been using MaryRuth’s Organic Toddler Multivitamin Drops for a while now, and after a brief detour into gummy vitamin territory, we are firmly back and not looking back. Why We Love It The ingredient list is what hooked me first. USDA Organic, completely sugar-free, sweetened only with organic stevia, and a genuinely clean formula: vitamins A, C, D3, E, and B complex, plus zinc and choline — all the bases you want covered for a toddler. No fillers, no artificial anything. For parents who care about what goes into their kids’ bodies, this one checks every box. Gummies Are Not Worth It We switched to gummies briefly because they seemed easier and more exciting for our 2.5-year-old. Then his dentist flagged them — the sticky consistency clings to teeth and is genuinely problematic for little ones who can’t brush perfectly. We went right back to the drops. If your child’s dentist hasn’t brought this up yet: gummies and toddler teeth are not a great combination.
