I love this hose. It expands as water flows and pressure builds. It retracts as pressure declines and retracts back to its original size. The sprayer that comes with it allows you to turn the water off until you need it if you have to walk to items to water.

It worked two times moderately well and then it somehow got a tear in it with a small leak and now it doesn't work at all, The water won't go past the leak and somehow nozzle doesn't work either. Waste of money

I plan to order another one. I ordered two but need another. Dragging my old vinyl heavy hoses around played havoc with my arms and shoulders. Now that pain is gone. The hose is light (well for me after those older hoses). I got the green color ones. Some reviewer said (and I'm paraphrasing) that if you're afraid of snakes - don't buy the black ones because it will look like a damn snake. I can imagine that and just about broke a finger hitting the - 'give me the - 'green' color button'. The reviewer was right and thanks for the head's up because once you turn on the water - and the hose starts filling up with water - it also starts to slowly move a bit like a snake. I would have ____ my pants as I'm deathly afraid of snakes (DON'T JUDGE ME!!!).

I love the design and functionality of these hoses, but I've had two break this year. The rubber splits and the hose becomes useless.

This hose worked well for a few months and I even stored it out of the sun and without water in it. Too soon the latex interior broke and it started leaking everywhere making it useless. NEVER BUY THIS JUNK!!!! AND OF COURSE THE COMPANY WON'T MAKE IT RIGHT WITH ME :(

Purchased this for my husband for Christmas. It is now May and we are using it for the first time....and it leaks. There's a hole in it straight out of the bag so the user gets soaked. No wonder the guarantee is only 30 days.

I purchased the green flexible, not black. If other than this they are the same, I can say I'm quite happy with the product. The soft flexible hose is so much easier than your typical plastic hose that can be a pain to store and this winds back very east. The shutoff valve is a plus so you can change out nozzles or tips easier. The spray nozzle works as designed, no leaks or spraying all over the place! I have had one month now and so far so good!

I've only used the hose for 2-3 months this year and it's already leaking from a hole on the hose. I love the idea of the expanding hose not taking up space, but it's not worth it if I have to replace the hose every few months due to ruptures. The handle has different spray functions which works well, I'm glad that part still works.
