This gum takes some getting used to after chewing regular gum for so long, but I appreciate it as a healthier alternative. I like the gum’s soft texture, fun flavors, and effectiveness after lunch. The flavor doesn’t last too long, but my breath is always fresh after using and I don’t feel the need to chew it for too long. Which maybe my dentist will appreciate that. I appreciate that there’s a good amount of gum in each bag considering I pop a lot of gum when I’m at work. It’s also nice to share with coworkers when they’re in a pinch and need some gum. P.S. don’t knock the chocolate mint until you’ve try it! I think it will surprise a lot of people.

I purchase this about once every 8 months, i chew this all the time. Once i figured out traditional brands use Aspartame as their sweetener, which is used in larger amounts as a laxative, I figured out why my stomach was bothering me a lot more than usual and switched to this. I have been a lot more regular, the flavor starts real strong, but you can still taste it for hours after the initial burnt. Good value, theres a tone of pieces of gum, will last you a long time if you go through less than 3 a day. Good consistent texture, i have never seen any defects or problems. Will keep buying this for a long time. This product uses Xylitol, which is extremely toxic for dogs, so store it high up, or in a secure spot.

Let me tell y’all something about PUR gum because this stuff is a game changer for me. I’m going to open with the ONLY drawbacks, and these are that the flavor unfortunately does not last super long and it does get a bit tough after 10-15 minutes of chewing. Now to the pros: 1. Flavors taste good. Personal favorites are the bubblegum and spearmint but all are nice. 2. Makes my mouth actually feel clean. I don’t know how to fully describe it except that cheaper gums leave a filmy, sugary feeling in my mouth sometimes. None of that here. 3. Keeps my breath fresh. I am super anal about how I smell, and my breath is no exception. If I’m eating anything or finished with my coffee, I am 100% chewing some of this after. Especially at work when I can’t count on running to the bathroom to brush my teeth all the time. 4. XYLITOL. Now this is where I’m real passionate about this gum so listen up. Xylitol is an amazing little molecule for many reasons. It allegedly improves saliva production, and I do personally feel my mouth is much more moist during and after chewing (even when I’m a lil dehydrated). It also has proven oral health benefits, as it is a sugar that CANNOT BE FERMENTED BY MANY BACTERIA. While there is still a lot of research that needs to be done in proving all of these claims, I can give you my personal story. I’ve struggled for my whole life with serious plaque buildup on my tongue. It has made me SO self conscious in the past, as I’ve tried tongue scraping, mouthwashes, toothpastes, just about everything. No matter what I do or eat, it comes back every morning (and sometimes during the day) with a vengeance. Finally, I saw that chewing xylitol gum can help with plaque causing bacteria, which is why I tried PUR gum in the first place. Let me tell you, the difference is wild. After chewing this stuff a few times a day and with no other changes to my routine, I have SIGNIFICANTLY less plaque buildup on my tongue each morning. And when I say significantly less, I mean there used to be a nasty, visible film to scrape off every morning and now there is little to none. I no longer have any buildup during the day or persistent patches that I struggle to brush off. I am so happy that I found this gum!! TLDR: if you’re chewing just for flavor/texture, don’t get this stuff. If you’re chewing to have a clean feeling mouth and noticeably reduce oral bacteria then buy it now!!

Just thought I'd try to review each flavor individually. But before I start, I have to say that in general, I think the mint flavors are best. They last the longest due to the cooling sensation, and do the best job freshening the breath. However, in general, the flavor doesn't last as long as sugared gum or aspartame/acesulfame K gum. I've not noticed any kind of G.I upset from chewing these, and I often chew several pieces a day. But I know some people can be sensitive to xylitol, so bear that in mind. As for the flavors: Cool mint- not a big fan of this one. It has a slightly bitter flavor to it, kind of like a cucumber mint taste. It lasts decently long. EDIT: my experience the second time around was much better, with a nice fresh mint and no bitter aftertaste. I guess I got a bad batch the first time. Spearmint- very tasty, very fresh, one of the longest lasting. It's one of my favorites. Wintermint- it's also long lasting, but has an aftertaste I'm not crazy about. To be fair, I'm not a big fan of wintermint flavor in most things. If you're a fan of wintermint, this might be for you. Peppermint- a strong, clean bite, very fresh and long lasting. It has a true-to-peppermint flavor. This is also a favorite. Pomegranate mint- this one is a surprise favorite, with the fruity flavor wonderfully complimenting the mint, which is lighter than the other mints. The pomegranate flavor is bright and strong, and lasts a decent amount of time. I have found that the flavor lasting time can vary from piece to piece, but I suppose that's to be expected. Bubblegum- I really want to like this one. The base bubblegum flavor is pretty good, but this flavor lasts the shortest time, and once the flavor is gone, it tastes kinda rubbery. Cinnamon- this one is pretty good. It's not a super strong cinnamon, but it definitely warms me up a bit and is as good for freshening breath as the mint ones. It's becoming one of my favorites, and easier to chew on a winter day 😉 It lasts decently long. Chocolate mint- I actually got this pack intending to try this one, as I'd had most of these before. And I'm glad I did. This one is surprisingly tasty, with a good full bodied chocolate flavor and a perfect hit of mint. Both flavors are well balanced, and when the chocolate disappears, the mint lingers. It lasts about as long as the pomegranate mint. So would I recommend these? Definitely, especially if you love chewing gum but don't want all the extra sugar. And buying them in bulk like this is pretty economical, as this bundle is much cheaper per pack than buying them in store. If you're new to Pur, I'd recommend starting with the mint flavors first. This gum is my all time favorite ! It’s definitely a bubble-free kind of gum, although you can get a couple bubbles here and there, but it’s primarily my favorite because of the smooth texture (doesn’t fall apart while chewing) and bold flavors! Not to mention the ingredients are top tier, with NO aspartame (deal breaker for me), sugar free, soy free, nut free, AND vegan. It’s just an all around winner. I have a tongue piercing and I haven’t experienced any stickiness like I do with some other brands. I’m a sucker for packaging too, the appearance of the bag is very appealing to me and it’s resealable! I love to grab for some of these throughout the day to help with my oral fixation after I quit vaping and they are easy to bring on-the-go. I got the variety 3-bag pack, so far my favorite is the cinnamon! I also love the bubblegum flavor.

Bought this for the flavor variety and it's been a great switch. - Comes with plenty of different flavors in the pack, so there's always something new to grab - The packs are small enough to toss in the glove box or a desk drawer, so it's easy to keep one within reach - Flavor really does last, not one of those gums that goes bland after a few chews - Everyone in the house has tried it and liked it, not just me being picky about gum Would definitely buy this again, good pick if you want a gum that actually holds its flavor and is easy to stash anywhere.

They are good quality overall. No complaints. Only draw back is they lose their flavor much quicker compared to other gums. That's why I gave them 3 out 5 stars. Other than that, I have no complaints.

So i have struggled most of my life with not having the best dental health. My teeth aren’t terrible but in spite of caring for them I always end up with lots of plaque buildup, inflamed gums, and painful and anxiety-inducing cleanings with lots of bleeding. After chewing this gum I am convinced that my problem was an oral microbiome one. My dentist was blown away at the improvement between my last visit and this most recent one, and my only change in habit was chewing this gum a few times a week. My gums never bleed anymore and I have significantly less plaque building up, even though I have a deviated septum and struggle with dry mouth and mouth breathing while sleeping. My cleaning took less than half the usual time and over 95% of my gums have normal measurements now ie not inflamed. I wish I had known how dramatic of an improvement xylitol gum could cause earlier in my life. The flavor is fine, I wish it was less expensive but I am viewing it as a health thing instead of a lifestyle thing so it is worth the price for me.

All the flavors are fantastic. Who knew chocolate mint gum would be good.. one of my new faves! Pomegranate and cinnamon are my next new faves. Wish the taste lasted longer than 5 mins though. I find they take my appetite away... what a huge plus. Remember to keep away from dogs.
