I've purchased these before and didn't have any problems. I've used them many many times, opening and closing them often with no problems. This package had a broken latch on one of the containers that must've happened before it was shipped. Just a freak accident, I'm guessing because like I said, I'm very happy with the ones that I've had for a long time.

These are great boxes to store washi tape. I take out all the dividers to maximize storage space. Where the tabs are to insert the dividers, the width is a smidge too small for my rolls. It's an easy fix to just gently squeeze the roll making it a bit oval in shape. The roll fits right in and doesn't affect the tape or using the tape. I think I've bought 3 of the 4 box packs now.

Not the most glamorous of items, but these boxes work very well for sorting small items. I like that half the dividers can be removed, so you can fit larger items in the same box. Fairly sturdy for the cheap price.
