A: I'm not sure about that. It would help cool the wheel but it would collect metal.

A: Yes.  Not as soft as candle wax but stiffer than vaseline.

**Q: Has anyone used this product to lubricate the table saw top?**
A: This is a sticky wax, so I don't believe it would work to lubricate a table saw top.
