Trunki ToddlePak - Fuss Free Baby Walking Reins and Toddler Safety Harness – Betsy Bear (Pink)

Cute little reins. Good quality & easy to use. Fits my little boy well. He feels the freedom of not having to hold our hands, but we have the safety of the straps!

The ToddlePak is made from thick canvas which forms a bib like harness for your child. This is fully breathable so you won't have to worry about your child getting too warm while wearing it. You place their arms and head into it and then tighten it up at the rear. I must confess that I was a bit confused as to how I was going to make the ToddlePak fasten on my child's back when I first opened it but, with an 'aaaaah' it all became clear and I found myself grinning at the very clever design. I was expecting buckles and slides to adjust the fit but, instead, it works with simple velcro. At the rear of the ToddlePak you lift up the canvas to find two velcro straps on the waist, one on each side, which can be lifted and moved to ensure a comfortable fit. You can also adjust at the back to make sure the straps sit properly. This makes it so simple to do and means that you can adjust the fit dependent on what your child is wearing quite easily. It's super clever and a typical design feature of those clever people at Trunki. I find it easiest to pop the ToddlePak on my child and adjust it rather than trying to do it in advance. The ToddlePak fastens with a really secure plastic mechanism. Here is the only issue with the ToddlePak, in that the release buttons for the back buckle are exactly where you automatically place your hands to fasten it. That's only a small problem though and you quickly learn to hold it in a different way to close the buckle. The included rein can be used in two ways - as a training rein for early walkers which is shorter and allows the adult to help with balance if needed, and then as a leading rein for more able walkers. This sees two leads join in to one and the adult hold it by a convenient handle. We haven't tried the training rein on our child as she walks well but I think it would be very effective for younger children who need a little extra help from their adult. I think that the Trunki ToddlePak is an excellent design and one that has changed my opinion on toddler reins. Highly recommended.

Researched for a while comparing different reigns & these really match the description of what every parent needs. Once you recieve them you have to adjust the reigns but the instructions are really easy to follow. Once you’ve adjusted them to your toddler, you simply then just strap them in every time you’re using them outdoors. I needed something that was most importantly safe and secure, it had to be comfortable and not ride up under the armpits, and I also wanted something I could assemble with ease when going out. We’ve used ours at least 10 times now and had no issues whatsoever. Really worth the money and because they adjust I feel we’re going to get a lot of wear out of them. I would highly recommend these, they’re fantastic!

I bought this for my one year old who started walking before his first birthday and just loves to be out of his pram, but unfortunately, he runs off so I needed something to allow him to walk but without him running away. These reins come in a variety of bright colours, unfortunately, we wanted to get the red fox but because it's limited, the price is extortionate so we opted for the green! The product is easy to figure out and we managed to get it on easily, but when it came to adjusting the straps, it got a little bit confusing. So instead of fastening it like a normal baby product, you just adjust the straps on the velcro at the front which is super simple! So this was great! When it came to removing the reins, this is where I found it incredibly difficult. I have quite long nails and it was mere impossible to push the button to release the clasp. Even my partner who has short nails struggled. It was so difficult and this just isn't practical when you need to get a child in a car or back in a pram. I will say that the reins are lovely but taking them off is incredibly difficult.

Great product however couldn’t understand how it worked initially. The instructions aren’t great so we ended up watching a video to show the setup. Really good value for money, looks great and our little girl loves it. The straps are removable which we love ad we tend to put this on in the buggy making it easier to use when she wants out to walk.

From the moment I unpacked the Trunki ToddlePak, I knew it was going to be a hit with both me and my little explorer. The bright colors and fun design immediately caught my toddler’s attention, making it less of a battle to get them to wear it. The adjustable straps are a godsend, fitting snugly yet comfortably around my child’s torso, giving them the freedom to walk and explore without any discomfort. The reins are just the right length to allow independence but still keep them close, especially in crowded places. What I appreciate most is the dual functionality. It serves as a walking rein when we’re out and about, and back at home, it doubles as a safety harness for those moments when you need an extra set of hands to keep your toddler safe. The fuss-free aspect is not an exaggeration. It’s straightforward to put on and take off, which is essential when you’re dealing with an impatient toddler. Plus, it’s easy to clean, a must-have for any toddler gear. In terms of improvements, a small pocket for a toy or snack would make this already excellent product even better.

Great reins, bought for my 2 year old toddler and they are perfect, they fit really nicely and are easily adjustable, like that the front has a velcro pocket so straps that hang down once adjusted can be tucked under, great quality item very sturdy, would recommend.

Have bought 2 (lost the first). Cute animals (had red & yellow). The clips of the leash do unclip from the harness fairly frequently by themselves so have to be careful. Adjustable size and good quality

the clip at the back is ssometimes hard to unclip for my hands personally . i Love the high vvis stripss and the way it fits and adjusts. my daughter cant see the lead and so doesnt even notice she is walking guided and has really opened up the freedom when i go out and not fight a toddler in a pram and keep us both happy exploring and walking together safely.

Great for very active toddlers who would just dash everywhere in a split second. The harness are comfortable and it gives them that feeling of freedom. My kid loves it cause it allows him to explore the area “on his own”. It gives me a peace of mind despite the dirty looks from others. My child’s safety is important. Great for use at parks and zoos.

Me encanta. Es comodisimo de usar y me ayuda muchisimo con mi peque de 18 meses que es muy activo. Por ejemplo puedo llevar el carro con una mano y al peque con la otra mientras camino. Tiene dos puntos de agarre con lo que la presion en el pecho del peque se distribuye mejor en caso de caida y es acolchadito por lo que es mas comodo para el peque. Mi hijo tiene marcas en la axila algunas veces pero porque le parece divertido tirarse hacia delante. Lo mas importante para mi es que se abrocha detras, por lo que el peque no puede desabrocharlo, el broche no se le queda marcado ni le hace danho en caso de caida y yo puedo vigilar que esta cortectamente cerrado desde atras. Es ajustable al contorno y los hombros. Lo utilizo desde hace unas semanas y lo recomiendo

Quand vous retenez l'enfant (parce qu'il trébuche ou qu'il veut se sauver), vous le retenez par le plastron entier, donc pas de risque de blessure comme sur les harnais où il n'y a que des sangles. Et puis comme c'est joli, l'enfant est content de le mettre. Très bonne qualité, s'attache facilement et solidement. Très utile d'avoir 2 points d'attache pour mieux retenir l'enfant quand il tombe.
