I strongly recommend providing separate size charts for men and women to ensure a better fit for future customers. Exchange Policy: When a customer follows the brand's specific sizing instructions and the product still doesn't fit, a rigid "no-return" policy is very discouraging. An exchange option for a larger size would go a long way in building customer trust.
