Why do I get "LO" in uric acid test?

The Meter uric acid test range is: 180-1200μmol/L. If your uric acid value is lower than 180μmol/L, then the test result shows "LO". (Note: Normal uric acid value for adults, Men: 150-420μmol/L, Women: 90-360μmol/L)

I think i lost the calibration stick. is there a way to manually enter the code? i cant find my user manual. is one available online?

Not sure I haven’t got the manual to just buy more strips the ones you got won’t go to waste as the monitor will recognise the test you want it’s a one off you don’t have to enter each time
