I use it for a restaurant that I have in Philippines and so far no complaints about the tandoory that we occasionally serve. I mix it with yoghurt, garlic and ginger paste, a bit of lemon juice and some fresh coriander. I leave to marinade overnight and then cook on the bbq or in the air fryer. It’s a strong spice, so a little goes a long way.
