Garlicky but cheesy enough?

It’s not a bad tasting cheese, if you like lots of garlic, but I think the ratio might be off a bit. When I use a generous amount of the cheese, I get overpowering garlic.

Couldn't purchase locally..

Got this because I couldn't purchase it locally...tasted it in a 3 cheese mac in a local restaurant...awesome flavor mix. Now my own mac/cheese will be so much better!!!!

I love this product that I now have a hard time ...

I love this product that I now have a hard time finding in supermarkets. It is more expensive on this site but I love the added flavor that it provides for my chicken parmesan! Can't wait to try the red pepper variety!
