Love these stand the tested over time rye crackers,Rye is an underrated grain IMO .Superb with tuna and mayo or other oily tinned fish like mackerel or sardines smashed into a chunky spread with drizzle of olive oil black pepper or and finely chopped gerkins, Sublime and pretty healthy brain food I would say.
