How long is the shelf life?

Generally, seeds decrease in germination rates 5% per year if kept in a cool dry place. These seeds will be good for several years and you have enough of each variety to help with the decrease in germination rates.

Anybody grow these in an Aerogarden?

I've successfully grown these in an aeroponics system, though not an Aerogarden brand. I found that seeds germinate well. I've had more success with the lettuce, chard, and kale in an aeroponics system and less success with spinach.

Can these be planted indoors in pots? Do they need to be sprouted first?

I planted mine directly into a garden bed so I see no reason why they couldn't be started in pots first. just make sure you don't over-crowd so they're easier to transplant... it'll be a LOT cheaper than lettuce is at the store right now!
