I enjoyed using this loop. It felt smooth in my hand with no jagged edges. I would advise you to wear a glove because the loop can get kind of hot while spinning around fast when the kite is accelerating up into the air during a heavy wind. The string and metal swivel connector that hooks on to the kite held very well. I had my kite in the air at 250ft or more for over an hour with the kite anchored into the ground and the string and swivel held. FYI: The weight of the string is 60lbs. The customer service is good also. They promptly answered any questions I had. Would buy this item again.

This works for harbor is intended for. Easy for my grandkids to hold and easy to wrap the kite string back up when done.
