A Fantastic Appliance, But Why Is The Price So High?????
Such a useful appliance, but there is hardly any difference between the settings. In fact, I ordered a second one as an exchange but realised that one was exactly the same, so I sent it back. I feel it is over-priced though.... I would have expected to pay approx £25 - £30. So based on the price I would not recommend it. I also have a hand-held portable sprayer that is just as effective but much more reasonably priced.

Barely lasted a month
Stopped working after 1 month and 2 days. I can't even return it. It's not charging, the LED shows, but when I unplug it from the charger it's back tono charge. This is ridiculous. So expensive for something like this to happen. Barely lasted a month. Pressure is weak. Water bag needs to be refilled after ever 1.5 uses. And possibility of limescale in bag.

Portable bidet
It works fine, but the pictures are misleading as the tank is a plastic zip up bag, so not very durable and it is very small.

Dont waste money
Stopped working properly after 1.5 months. Randomly turns on and off regardless of on/off button so cannot use it in toilet at all

Dissapointed
Unfortunately it lasted for no longer than 4 months until the water pressure became so weak it became useless

Low pressure
Glow and pressure not efficient

Stopped Working After 2 Months!
After just 2 months, it has stopped working; it can't be returned and there's no other warranty. This isn't cheap, so please don't waste your money.

Works very well, and is discreet.
If you have a condition like IBS or hemorrhoids this is very handy. The water box is flimsy and is a pain to fill. I have discarded the box and bought a small shaving kit to conceal the nozzle for privacy. You need to put the other end into the toilet tank for water supply. I'm amazed at how long the charge lasts on this.

A must-have for asian household 😁
So far, so good. Instead of using the provided water container, I used a bucket so less refill time for me. You may want to use the spare part to increase the water flow. Just an advise 🙂
