Very easy to assemble and the electric motor is very quiet. Some people have said they are uncomfortable but I must disagree, yes they are firm in the upright position but slightly reclined they are great. One review said that their electric one did not recline as far as the manual one, I find it the opposite so I suppose it just depends on the chair. Although these were a lot cheaper than some I've seen I think they will last, time will tell. I would certainly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a recliner.

**Q: Does this need regular servicing by an engineer, or can you DIY?**
A: I don't think so this chair required a regular servicing by an enginneer as i brought this for my father in law year a ago and till today it's working fine and never had any issues with it..

**Q: What is the delivery waiting time**
A: I orded this for my mum on the 28th Oct 2022, nd it was recd between the 4th to 9th Nov 2022, as on prime

**Q: Just in case it’s not suitable, what’s the refund policy?**
A: I thionk there is a refund if you are not satisifed but it probably is a nuisance to sort. I never had to do this and do not want to. Want to be sure about what I am getting.

**Q: does this product contain feathers?**
A: No feathers. It’s absolutely fantastic

I brought two of these, one manual and one electric. Although for some reason they came from different suppliers they are identical. Very easy to assemble and the electric motor is very quiet. Some people have said they are uncomfortable but I must disagree, yes they are firm in the upright position but slightly reclined they are great. One review said that their electric one did not recline as far as the manual one, I find it the opposite so I suppose it just depends on the chair. Although these were a lot cheaper than some I've seen I think they will last, time will tell. I would certainly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a recliner.
