It's very slim, but the front and back are solid. Rear panel is magnetic, which is how the Remarkable stays inside, and there are still indentations for the tablet's feet to fit so that the entire metal rear of the device is flat against the case. Makes the Remarkable look even better in my opinion; simple but sleek. There's a loop for the stylus, but I don't use it because I don't take the tablet out of the house, and the side magnet (on the open side of the Remarkable) works effectively. Soft felt interior, smooth exterior–not slippy smooth; it provides a little bit of a grip to prevent sliding on a table when in use.

I received this today, so I am guessing on the durability. I purchased the brown one. It has a beautiful texture and textured design. The design is not drawn on. The cover is simple. it is basically like a very sturdy hard cover that would be on a book. It came via UPS with only a clear plastic wrapper on it. No padding. The cover still looks perfect. I look at it and wondered how the reMarkable was going to stay inside the cover. The reMarkable has little tiny 'feet' on the corners The cover has little tiny tends. I put the reMarkable in the cover, and it snapped into place. The tablet is NOT going to fall out. I opened the cover and shook it. the reMarkable was still firmly affixed. Great item, especially for the price! There is a little tabk/loop at the top for the pen. You don't have to rely on the side magnetic connection.

Pleasantly surprised! This cover fits my ReMarkable 2 perfectly. There is no extra weight and I appreciate the loop for my stylus. It is a true folio and much better than what I purchased originally from the vendor. The folio I purchased from the vendor was the grey canvas folio, which looked dingy over time. However, the folio I purchased here looks sleeker and more professional. The ReMarkable fits folio's magnetic back perfectly. When folded over to write, it is an even surface and level that is not distracting. it is a perfect, slim folio for the ReMarkable 2. I'm usually skeptical of outside vendors. However, this one is a winner. I highly recommend.

This is a perfect case for Remarkable 2. It's very lightweight and slim. The Remarkable sticks to it magnetically. It has a pen holder so the pen doesn't just fall of when attached just magnetically. And it's very sleek looking. Great value for the money!

This cover is pretty and works perfectly for the tablet. Its interior is magnetized so the tablet just sticks to it, and it has a reasonably firm outside surface. The reason I give it 4 stars is that I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and the pen will no longer stay in the pen holder loop. It's made out of a somewhat stretchy fabric and I think it's stretched out from use just enough to allow the pen to slip right out. I really like the case but without being able to reliably keep the pen attached I'm not sure if I can continue to use it.

I’ve had my Remarkable for two years, and it’s become an indispensable staple for my business and household. So, with daily use, the original folio endured a lot of wear and tear. This case folio is sleek, durable, lightweight, and classy. It does not obstruct the screen, which my original one did. The stylus holder is a little tight but might loosen with continued use. This case holder is much better than the one I purchased when I first got my Remarkable. I’m so impressed with this product that I might buy another neutral-colored one.

I refused to buy a case directly from Remarkable because they are ridiculously priced. I tried three different after-market cases, and this one is the definite keeper. It is very slim, as advertised, adding virtually no bulk at all to the tablet. The magnets snap it nicely to the tablet, perfectly lined up. It won't provide much, if any, drop protection. If that's what you're looking for, you'll have to have a bulkier case. But it does provide good screen protection, and looks sharp. And for the price, it's very hard to beat.

Sturdy and thin folio cover, which is great. Fits the device perfectly and magnets are strong enough to hold it in place. However, the pen holder at the top of the case tore on the first day, which makes it too loose to use now. It seems barely tacked on and not good quality, and is my only complaint with the cover.

Simply place the remarkable 2 in the case and it’s held there by magnets - so easy! Pen holder on top makes sure you won’t lose the pen. Great cover slim and light

Besonders praktisch ist der Stifthalter, dieser verhindert das nervige Suche in der Tasche/Rucksack nach dem Stift und sorgt dafür, dass der Marker immer griffbereit ist. Der verwendete Gummi leiert auch nach einiger Zeit im Gebrauch nicht aus und funktioniert tadellos. Zudem bleibt das reMarkable 2 trotz der Hülle schlank und elegant. Top Qualität, durchdachtes Design und perfekte Funktionalität – eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

I had the fabric covered Remarkable cover that was purchased as part of the initial package, but found it impossible to keep clean. This is stronger casing, and wipe clean, and in my favorite colors to boot. Perfect!

It has finally arrived, I ordered before checking the delivery date and for this colour (the mandalas although they called it something else) it was much longer, even with prime. I love the colours, exactly as bright as they looked in the pics but I am a little bit worried about the strength of the magnet, the tablet fell off with a quite a gentle shake (video) and when I went to open the folio just now, it opened onto the back, so I really don't know how much I can trust it? My styli fitted on the elastic but I think they are probably the safest in my bag when not in use. Overall, I would recommend instead of the original reMarkable folio but for what it is, the price feels too high!
