Yes, the PA4A commander will have the same plug as the PA450UM commander.

Q: Size of the command unit

The command units outer dimension is 5 1/4" by 3 5/8" but the hole to cut to mount it is 4 3/4" by 3 1/8".. The black part of the unit is the size of the opening to cut and the silver trim (1/2") is the only part that touches the surface to mount. It comes with a template to use to cut the hole.
