Customer service is absolutely pathetic. When my power bank stopped working, I raised a ticket on the URBN website and sent a detailed email. I only received an automated reply stating that their team would contact me within 2 days, but no one ever reached out. ​If you run into any issues with your device, don't expect any post-purchase support or service. Save your money and avoid buying URBN products.
