Excellent Cereal
I like the crunchiness and the fact that there are only 3 non-wheat ingredients. I add organic stevia, fruit and plant milk. They fill you up but don’t out you in a carb coma. Will buy again.

No inflammatory ingredients!!!!
The best thing about this cereal to me, is that it has healthy fiber but doesn’t contain any of the inflammatory grains I avoid. The particular cereal I order is also sweet free so that I can add the healthy sugar substitute that I like. And I LOVE cassava! And I love to add nuts and fruit to it!! And I love to have it for dinner sometimes!! And I love that it’s delicious!!! Not a bad plus is that the inventors have a back story that motivates them to try to make the world a better, healthier place with this cereal!!! All around winner!!

A crunchy healthy alternative
Lovebird unsweetened cereal is a tasty yet low sugar grain and lectin free crunchy alternative that I am so grateful to have found! I’m following Dr. Gundry’s recommendation to cut out lectin containing foods to heal my gut and regain my health. He didn’t mention this product in his book or podcasts that I have heard but I discovered it while searching for an alternative to grain cereals. I have a small bowl full with 1 Tbsp. of MCT oil on it every morning to start my day and again sometimes as a snack before bed. It’s yummy and satisfying!

Nothing But Good
Since going gluten free, I've found it hard to locate gluten-free products that don't have a lot of unhealthy ingredients (potato starch, tapioca starch, etc.). Lovebird's unsweetened cereal has 4 simple ingredients and satisfies my craving for that morning bowl of cereal. Add some berries and it's a healthy treat and a great way to start the day.

Love this cereal
Excellent cereal. I love that I can give this cereal to my children without any concern about the ingredients. My kids love it with milk and as a snack on the go. We are so grateful for a healthy cereal option that also tastes good. We also love that the company donates an impressive amount to children’s health causes.
