Very fun and accurate
This thing is super fun, it functions just like the Beeman p17 but is easier to load, it doesn't shoot as hard but it's much easier. The only thing I don't like about it is the sights, they are very small and the rear sight has a tiny notch that's kind of hard to find quickly. The trigger feels a little small under my finger and has a kind of mushiness to it but it is smooth and has a predictable break. I put a laser on mine and when I got it lined up using a rest it hit every shot within 1\8 inch of where my dot was at 26 feet, I used a camera on the target to check that as I'm a bit wobbly even on a rest. Overall a very fun gun to shoot and it feels like it will last a very long time.

Very Accurate, Great Trigger, Single Shot Quiet Pellet Gun. All Metal.
This is a single shot top cock pellet gun. This gun shot impressive groups at 8 meters with all the pellet holes touching. The trigger is extremely light with a smooth rolling break. Opening the pistol to cock involves pulling the the hammer back and pulling up on the slide. The slide pivots forward exposing the pump cylinder and the back of the barrel. The pellet is delicately loaded into the back of the barrel by your finger tips. Then you close the slide to cock the pistol for firing. There is no safety and the pellet gun is ready to fire with a really light trigger pull. The closing cocking effort is much lower than a Beeman P17 ( which takes alot of force to close). The sights are an exact copy of early 1911 sights which are small. The sights are fixed and not adjustable. But these sights did not keep me from shooting really small groups with this inexpensive chinese pellet gun. I prefer them to the fiber optic 3 dot sights that seem good till you try to shoot for accuracy. For indoor shooting this gun is pretty quiet. CO2 pellet guns are really loud compared to this gun. I was really impressed with the trigger and accuracy.

Very accurate for short range indoor target shooting.
While there are many different CO2 powered repeaters based on the classic Government Model of 1911, this pistol is somewhat unique as it uses a self-contained single stroke pneumatic power source. This allows for a design that is only slightly larger than the 1911 for accurate indoor close range target shooting. These pistols have been available in Europe and the UK under the Snowpeak and Artemis brand names for a few years and are now being imported here as well. Snowpeak has been a major sub-contractor for many familiar air gun brands. These generic versions marked only “PP01-4.5” along with a serial number are well suited to indoor target practice in a small space when one can’t get to the range. They are not intended or designed for long distances nor suited for hunting. For its intended purpose until the seals give out, this is a delightful pistol to shoot as it is simple, accurate and easy to charge. The single stroke pneumatic powerplant has been refined since the mid ‘60’s when it first appeared in target pistols. This is a simplified version of a widely distributed SSP from the ‘80s.On this type of arm, it is best to not leave it charged for any length of time. I find it is best to charge and load immediately prior to shooting the target. Unfortunately, in this case the seals may need to be replaced more often than on some other models of this type. While this is not a match target pistol, it is quite accurate at short range for a much lower cost. The pistol has all metal construction except for the end cap on the air cylinder, the valve housing, and of course the seals. The frame and charging lever/barrel housing are an aluminum alloy allowing for a weight of just under 1.5 pounds. The barrel is well rifled steel, which has been finished with a properly crowned muzzle. The compression cylinder is stainless steel. The pins and reinforcement linkages are blued steel. Internal parts are steel and brass, except for the housing for the valve which includes the breech which is made of polymer.Update: The first 1,000 shots (two tins of pellets) the pistol performed very well indeed! At 25' nearly all shots group in single hole groups, unless pulled off aim by shooter error. While there are more powerful air pistols available, they are generally bulky and take much more effort to charge. There are many CO2 powered versions of the 1911 available as well, and these are great for general familiarization and plinking purposes. I find this single stroke pneumatic is unique as an excellent and inexpensive device for limited practice, as one can focus on the sight picture throughout the firing cycle due to the complete lack of recoil and superb accuracy.Additional Update: The pistol lost compression after 1,483 shots. I have disassembled it, and discovered the brass compression chamber retainer had become loose. After using a small wrench to re-tighten the brass retainer, the pistol was once again functional.

Hefty
This is really cool little piece. Quick tip - does NOT come with an instruction pamphlet so make sure to snag the photo of it off here on the product description page! Solid, all-metal construction. Saw a YT video explaining that these used to come with a little baggie that contained a spare O Ring but mine did not so I assume its just another victim of the cost of inflation at work. I'm quickly becoming a fan of foreign-made airguns & firearms and this has become a happy addition to my little collection!

Single-Stroke Pneumatic fun!
This funky single-stroke pneumatic in the shape of a 1911 is just plain FUN!I wanted a pistol I could just pick up and shoot 5 shots, without charging a CO2 gun and be forced to take 30-40 shots (or waste gas). This thing is fun. Easy to cock, easy to load (with domes, pointeds, or HPs), crisp 2-stage trigger, no safety, and has plenty of power for paper at 10 yards.Mine averaged 310fps with Crosman 7.9 HPs. It's a fun plinker & informal targeter. Straight out of the box, it was surprisingly accurate and shot well. Now I am looking for the 5.5mm version.

Pellet Pistol.
Ease of use,,not hard at all to operate the cocking mechanisms. Noticed it shoots quite high so have to aim low to hit your target; unless you are shooting a longer distance---& then the pellet will be losing its energy cause it's losing its trajectory. Wished it came with a 'manual' & maintenance suggestions. All in all, great value and it's all metal!
