If 10,000 LUX is the right intensity of light for treatment, then why are there different brightnesses such as 11,000？

Everyone's senses are different and for some people 10,000 Lux is too bright, so the light therapy lamp offers other levels of brightness. For those who need 10,000 Lux, the distance to the light source is too far to reach this brightness, so we offer 11,000 Lux.

Can I use this light therapy lamp as a normal floor lamp?

This is an ideal normal floor lamp and has extra value as the lighting intensity is easily changed.

How does light therapy work?

Light therapy is based on the assumption of "less sunlight" and attempts to solve the problem through artificial sunlight (or at least through artificial sunlight). (Something that mimics sunlight). In theory, you can "reset" the biological clock in winter by compensating for the lost sunlight, which prevents seasonal internal changes.

Need help, remote doesnt work. How can I get another remote? Can it be programmed with an app?

I also thought that the remote didn't work. I called Amazon, but they made me speak to some sort of AI-powered machine which could not answer my question and essentially forced me to return the unit. However, when the second unit arrived, I found that its remote control didn't work either, which made me go back and read the directions more carefully: "Within 20 seconds after table lamp is plug on (sic), long press the power button on remote control to pair, when table lamp flashes 3 times means match successfully (sic)." When I followed those directions, the remote control worked perfectly.
