These heel cushions are a great addition to my shoes. They are soft, comfortable, and help prevent rubbing and discomfort around the heel. They are easy to apply and stay in place well. I especially like that there are several pieces included, so I can use them with different pairs of shoes. Great little product for making shoes more comfortable!

I wore them for prom and I was running, skipping, and jumping all night and my feet did not hurt AT ALL they fit my shoes very well, they were soft, and they come with a few in a pack, it was money very well spent, no regrets!

I previously wore heels that absolutely killed my feet, so I was really hoping these would help—and they made a huge difference. I added the metatarsal pads and heel cushions to my shoes, and the comfort level improved right away. They help reduce pressure on the ball of my foot and keep my feet from sliding forward, which made my heels much more wearable for longer periods of time. This product help to make my high heels more comfortable, used the bottom of the foot piece plus the heel guard piece and together helped me get through standing at a Wedding all day. I will reorder more for other shoes. I would highly recommend if you will be standing for long periods

I’ve given multiple sets of the pads in multiple styles and heights. They more than passed the test. A shoe I’ve worn and is known to burn at the ball of my foot within 15 mins barely crossed my mind even after 4+ hours of wear and walking. And only then it was to realize that I was feeling a gel soft feeling in the pace of pain and misery. I will continue to buy these for all my heels. They have truly helped me love my beautiful shoes even more! A+++++

This item works very good, but still tends to slip

I have a pair of slide sandals which are too loose at the straps which caused my feet to slide forward or back. I placed one of the toe pads on the sole and one of the heel pads inside the instep strap! This made the strap more snug and the shoes are now safe for me to walk in! Very pleased!

I honestly didn’t expect these heel pads to make such a big difference, but they completely changed how my heels feel when I wear them. I bought them because I always struggle with heel pain and discomfort after wearing dress shoes for more than an hour or two. Usually the back of my heels start rubbing, I get soreness on the bottom of my feet, and by the end of the night I’m counting down the minutes until I can take my shoes off. After using these, the difference was noticeable almost immediately. The padding is incredibly soft and comfortable without feeling bulky. They fit inside my heels really well and didn’t make the shoes feel too tight. Instead, they added just enough cushioning to support my feet and reduce the pressure points that normally cause pain. I was worried they would slide around or peel off, but they stayed securely in place the entire time. What impressed me the most was how much they helped with actual heel pain. They aren’t just comfortable—they genuinely provide support and cushioning where it’s needed. I was able to wear my heels for much longer than usual without that burning, aching feeling in my heels. The extra cushioning also helped prevent rubbing and irritation, which is normally a huge problem for me. If you love wearing heels but dread the discomfort that comes with them, I would absolutely recommend trying these. These worked really well. The padding for the foot was not easy to stick without catching on the sides but made a huge difference. I don't wear heels but was able to wear my shoes most of the day for a wedding I attended. Would recommend.
