I am impressed with the quality of the paper!! Its so good

I usually love Zen Sangam products so I was shocked to see the poor quality of this paper! Although it says that this is 100% cotton and 300 gsm, it feels nothing like it. There is so much pilling and SO much warping it's shocking. This paper might work for normal sketching and LIGHT watercolour, but definitely not for anything that requires a wet on wet technique.

Size: This paper is the perfect size that I required. It was packed well, with the corners covered in cardboard. The paper is of medium thickness, rough finish and a yellowish-off white colour. It does not mention ‘acid-free’ anywhere so not sure about the longevity of the artwork on this. It’s good value for money, but I usually prefer white paper for my artwork. It held gouache well and pen and ink worked well on it. Satisfied with the application of media.
