Make sure to get the right model number
Great monitor for the price, works as expected and does the job well. Just a word of warning, make sure to get the monitor with both HDMI and VGA inputs as I read some reviews here saying that it doesn't have an HDMI connection which is true of the other model called Vesa E2270SWN, so be sure to check before ordering if that is what you want. The Vesa E2270SWHN is the one with HDMI & VGA inputs.

Poor display that can only be viewed if tilted back a few degrees from vertical and even then not great!
Bought the monitor for my CCTV system, so glancing at it a lot during the day. In spite of adjusting contrast and brightness the display was washed out and unpleasant to look at. Got as far as completing an immediate return as the only way you could get any picture quality was by looking at the vertically positioned screen from just above floor level. Tried tilting it back 20 degrees and it is much better/adequate for what I want it for and probably not worth the hassle of repacking and sending back and getting a different model/brand. Chose AOC as I've had a large AOC monitor on my MacMini for some years and it is really good, not my experience with this one!I wish I'd read all the low star reviews before ordering this in a hurry as the 6 year old LG monitor died and I needed a monitor next day.UPDATEAfter 2 days living with it, decided to send it back after all, the display being tilted back was making me feel sick if I looked at it for any length of time and the picture still had a very small viewing angle. Replaced it with a BenQ GW2270HM, just £9 more and it is so much better. Don't waste your time with this, may be a duff batch as I've two other AOC monitors of different sizes which are great, hence why I went for this one.If you want it for a PC, forget it and buy something else, in fact if you want it for anything more than a lightweight doorstop, don't bother.

Cheap, nasty, terrible colours, failed after 2wks
Possibly the worst 1920x1080p monitor I've ever used. Terrible colour reproduction: whites are not white, blacks are, at best, dark grey.Terrible viewing angles - tiny stand and only limited tilt means you'll never view this monitor directly face on, in which case, expect to see completely different colours at the bottom of the screen compared to the top of the screen. On device menu systems is terrible, all controlled via multiple presses on the Power button. This is because it's supposed to be controllable via a piece of software called i-Menu but this doesn't work on modern computers that do not have VGA out because the application does not detect the monitor if you have to convert from HDMI to DVI or VGA (the two input methods). And, to top it all off, this monitor functioned for less than two weeks (see photo - you can just about make out the AOC logo - that's supposed to be a solid white AOC on a black background which you see at power on, but, it just became a smeary unusable mess).Returned.Will never buy another AOC monitor.

Great Monitors For Upgrade Or Budget Build
I bought these two monitors to replace my ever dying previous ones and these have perfectly taken their place. There is a real difference when you have been constantly working from home on a 1440x900 16:10 monitor and then replace them with some real nice Full HD 1080p monitors! Both sit real nice on the desk and make things look sleek!Really easy to unpackage!Really easy to put together i.e. neck and base... just push them in until you hear 2 loud clicks.Easy to turn on but a bit awkward on the menu side of things... there is only one button on these monitors and that is the power button so navigating the menu is a little weird.Recommend putting the provided disc into the computer to install and run the drivers and in there it will send you to a link to look at the instruction manual.ONE THING: The DVI, VGA, HDMI and POWER CABLES ARE SHORT (certainly were for me) so get some longer ones ordered or use the previous ones you may already have. The monitors themselves look amazing on my desk and is definitely worth spending the money on!

Ideal for Office / Home Office - and apparently not bad for gaming!
With it's straight-forward design, this 22" monitor is ideal for office/home-office set ups. Whilst it doesn't feature any form of manoeuvrability, it does support VESA mounting - ideal for wall & arm mounting to achieve that custom positioning you might be looking for. The resolution is 1920x1080 with a 5ms response time.Although not specifically intended for heavier use, this model can perform at a standard pace when needed. I tested its capabilities on 3 games, including Cities: Skylines, OMSI 2 and Watch Dogs 2 and found that the monitor performs remarkably well. With Full HD LED design you're obviously can't expect 4K style gaming but after playing a couple hours on each I can say that I never noticed any bugging-out or visual imperfections. I don't play shooters or FPS games so I can't comment on that level, but I'd recommend the 1ms AOC model for that, if you want to keep within this tier of monitors.Connectivity includes 1 x HDMI and 1 x VGA, with both cables provided in the box. Product support including drivers and software come with the product in an installation disc, but if, like me, you don't have an optical drive you can download drivers from the manufacturers website. You'll find 3 basic tools to control the quality and eco-footprint of the monitor. That being said, I can't seem to figure out how to apply the changes to more than one monitor (I ordered two). It's also important to realise that a budget-range model like this would seldom feature speakers, and this model DOES NOT. Although Windows 10 does seem to class it as a High Definition Audio Device.

The colour is awful - Don't buy.
The colour on this screen is horrible, I don't know if I received a faulty model but the screen was unable to produce a clear white despite having spent several hours playing around with the settings on both the screen and my PC. Everything had a yellowish tint to it.I already own the non-HDMI version of this screen and had intended for this screen to become my primary display with my current screen serving as a second display, but the quality of the image on this screen was so inferior I saw no alternative but to return it. The tint caused a lot of colours to be indistinguishable which removed detail from the image.
