Highly liver and kidney toxic, I thought the milk thistle was just there for general health, but it’s there out of necessity, I started to have kidney pain and trouble with general abdominal pain, I don’t drink, don’t smoke, eat healthy, so I went to the doctor and he confirmed that my kidneys are swollen, and my liver count is all over the place, it’s getting better after ive stopped the fadogia aggrestis, a recent study shows exactly these side effects in scientific African journal July 2023.. stay away from it there’s no reason to wait for the symptoms before throwing them away.. Else then that the product does what it says it should.

Works - But Hard to Swallow
I have been taking it for 6 weeks now, alongside of Ashwaganda, Tongkat Ali, vitamin d and other vitamin supplements for low testosterone boosting. And this combination seem to work on according to blood test results! But it’s the hardest pill I ever swallowed, I don’t know if it’s because of the dryness of it, or shape or compound, but I had a few choke scares, now I need 5 minutes to mentally prepare before I take it

Terrible pill
I can’t vouch for for the results of the compound as I haven’t used it long enough or done bloods but you need to have a large glass of water ready to swallow them as they swell and burst easily… probably the worse supplement pill I’ve had to swallow.

Hard to swallow
I've only been using for a wee, not noticed anything so far, but I've read it takes at least 3 weeks to start taking effect. Small, hard to swallow tablets. I never have an issue swallowing tablets, but these are very dry. It's not a big deal, just take more water.

Very hard to swallow
These tablets are reasonably priced. However they have a major flaw. As soon as they are in contact with water they really swell up and start to dissolve. I normally have no problem taking any tablets even large tablets, but these things prove a real challenge. Constantly getting stuck in my throat. Would not buy again simply for this reason.
