Big on quality ingredients. This kitt has more malt extract and more hops than most and the end result shows. Slightly longer on the fermentation than some, but nothing major. It's dry hopped so worth adding a sachet of beer bright or similar. Really benefits from conditioning and after three weeks is a seriously good brew, very comparable with the original. Clears to a deep red and carbonates just right. It's a firm favourite and head and shoulders above many other kits.

I had to pour this one away. It was like bitter muddy water after leaving it and leaving it. It never improved, even tried finings.I probably mucked up my process <shrug> I would recommend getting a filtering bag ready for this one.

I've tried a few beer kits, and I keep coming back to this one. Loads more hops included than others I've tried and it shows in this lovely hoppy IPA-style beer. Cheers!

This made an excellent beer in about six weeks. Really really impressive. Can't recommend it enough, great fun to do as well!
