Contacted seller and they sent another one out right away. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Design Flaw? *by P***B on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2017* Hmmm - too expensive for what the product is - also, the on/off button is poorly placed on the handle, so that every time you use the brush in the shower, your hand slides down and turns off the mechanism. Very annoying - makes me think twice before using it. ### ⭐ negative ion technology = radiation *by K***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2018* This is a dangerous product; "negative ion technology" is a pseudoscientific term used to describe radiation. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has recommended that no one use negative ion silicon; I'm not allowed to post links in reviews but you can google "negative ion technology" to find out more about how the legality & safety of this type of material. Basically, the danger is that when you make your silicon have extra electrons in its atoms they will emit radiation over time - that's actually the classic method of creating a radioactive material. Anyone using this should discontinue it /immediately/. The seller should create these with normal silicon, and I recommend whoever reads these reviews to make sure they're suitable to post notify whatever department is in charge of regulating which items can be listed on Amazon; this is endangering Amazon buyers, possibly workers depending on how much they handle the item and how negative the silicone has been made, and even the seller and Amazon themselves as it opens them up to lawsuits.
