I'm in my mid 40s and have had extremely dry skin for many years. Even after exfoliating, "ultra moisturizing" lotions, etc, my skin was always rough and dead skin would roll off me as I toweled off after a shower. I've been using this body wash (with an African net sponge style cloth) and the same brand's retinol body lotion and a swear to god I have all new skin. I'm actually soft. The only thing that comes off on my towel is water! I didn't think that was possible. Jury is out on whether the crepiness that comes with age will improve, but getting rid of the dry, rough skin alone has been a game changer for me. I enjoy the pleasant minty smell of the body wash. I avoid the sensitive bits with this stuff since it's a serious exfoliant.

Took a gamble on this- my skin is very sensitive. This will replace my CeraVe SA body wash. The cleanest minty spell, slight tingle that leaves you feels insanely fresh. For hotter months and sweaty outdoor periods- competition has deterred any sweat smell through the next day
