This does not meet carry-on dimensions of 22x14x9 for almost all US carriers. **Q: I don’t have instructions how to set up locks.** A: 1. Open the lock (0-0-0) 2. Press down on the reset button with a tool until you hear a “click” sound 3. Set your combination by turning the dials 4. The lock can now be open when you push the button. I am very disappointed. I bought it expecting it to have the lock especially given how expensive the case is to buy. I invested in a good case hoping I would have it for years. I would look for a different case if you are thinking of purchasing. Most premium brands have TSA locks as standard. I think this an old model being sold for the price of the new model.
