i do not have pain - it is stifness in my knee....does this help the stiffness?

Redimove stopped working for me - I think because it has animal cartilage and that cartilage did not adhere to my knee.

I don't know about blood pressure. You should ask your doctor. I take it every day for my bad knees along with a few other tablets.

Less pain

I'm not a fan of suppliments but have been in pain from inflammation for years. I researched inflamation treatments and found a lot of bogus information.
