This Slingshot has been an absolute godsend! After decades of manual labour and bench pressing I developed tendonitis in my shoulders and rotator cuff pain. I stopped bench pressing about 3 years ago because the pain wouldn't allow me to do any more. I never thought I'd be able to bench press again. Anyway, I decided to try this slingshot based on the positive reviews a few weeks ago. I started light and I gradually increased the weight twice a week. I'm now bench-pressing the equivalent of my body weight (75 KG) and that's after my physio told me 3 years ago that I should stop bench-pressing altogether. I never thought I would ever be able to bench press again, but it just goes to show. Just bear in mind that people who don't have any injuries should avoid using this product because it's effectively cheating. The clue is in the word "slingshot". However, if you have an injury that's stopping you from bench pressing, then you'd be crazy not to buy this product. It is 100% recommended for people with shoulder injuries only!

I've used 1 of these for a while and I find it great on my top set to stop my elbows flailing out which was resulting in injury, I got this 1 for my son and he loves it, it'll add about 10% to your top set and is great for getting used to the heavy weight for a frw sessions before you go "Raw"

These are brilliant, they greatly assist people to have their arms / shoulders in the optimum position for press ups, bench press & dips. They also greatly help people increase their strength safely for these exercises. If you doubt their effectiveness read Dr Kelly Starrett's book 'Becoming a Supple Leopard'. I would have given 5 stars but the arm loops are too big for my female clients & consequently slip down the arms, it would be great if they had a strong velcro fastening for each arm. The first company to do this will sell loads.

Great quality looks great,fits perfectly haven’t tried it yet. Can’t wait to use it tomorrow and get my benching form better plus extra weight and reps . Would definitely recommend this product 👍

For me this bench press aid has not increased my bench much. What it does for me is help me push out one more rep when im naturally fatigued worth having and cheap to buy

Son uses this to help him lift heavier weights. He's very pleased with how it's helping and says it works well. It's also comfortable to wear.

Normally have shoulder and elbow pain going heavy. Nothing at all with this. Great training tool.

Excelente producto, de gran utilidad para fondos, banca & maquinas pecho, protege hombro, permite equilibrar esfuerzo en ambos lados. Pude incrementar significativamente el peso desde la primer sesión, es como tener un compañero de apoyo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!
