I’m on my 10th bottle, and I honestly don’t know if this stuff really helps with hair growth. My Dr. said some of the b vitamins were at excessive levels and that the body cannot fully process them. I believe her because when I take a full dose, my urine is neon yellow. I’m told that indicates that my body couldn’t fully process all of the B vits, and a portion of these expensive pills quite literally went down toilet. She recommended I cut the dosage in half. I don’t know why I keep taking them, but they certainly can’t hurt. I definitely think they give me a little extra boost and help with my mental health.

I gave Nutrafol several months to work, taking it consistently and following the recommended dosage, but I can’t say I noticed any meaningful improvement. My shedding didn’t change and my hair density looked the same. I do appreciate that the ingredients are clean and the formula is well‑reviewed, but for the price, I expected to see at least some progress. It just didn’t deliver results for me personally.

The regular formula gave me some intense acne, even some cystic deep acne- I am not normally acne prone and can use just about anything on my skin (I am a licensed Esthetician) I switched to the vegan and have had 0 skin issues. My hair has been thinning since May 2025. By August 2025 it was falling out in masses. I first started taking this in September 2025 and by the end of October I had baby growth on my bald spots.
