This sunscreen helps to avoid tanning if swimming pool has controlled amount of chlorine. It creates protective smooth layer over skin and keep it moisturizerized inside pool. But if swimming pool has hard water and more chlorine content then it won't help much. I got clear black tanned line on my thighs which are exposed to water during swimming. Better to cover your complete body in such type swimming pool.
