Aimed primarily at those who are interested in the idea of giving nudism a try, or to the public at large explaining in simple terms why enthusiasts should want to indulge in naturism, it covers numerous topics. We are all naturists at birth, but through culture, religion, myth or legal misinformation acquire inhibitions and prejudices which in various ways are damaging to mental and physical health. In this book Liz Egger systematically examines the relevant issues. She informs without preaching and convinces without persuasion. In the end it is up to each individual, but we must all hope for wider acceptance and a better understanding of naturism in a free modern world. The Complete Guide to Nudism is uplifting and written in an easy style. Reading cover to cover is a pleasure, but readers taking up nudism for the first time will certainly want to keep their copy to hand as it is full of useful tips and helpful reference material which (I understand) can be updated online.

This is the sort of book I wished I read back in 2015 when it was first written. It gives a lot of practical down to earth and common sense advice. If you’re considering naturism then it is a must read. If you’ve never considered naturism then I would recommend it. It may get you thinking as to whether you should considering trying naturism.

I’m so glad I read this book. It was worth it just for the heads up on the scientific evidence in favour of naturism. Well written and informative, I really enjoyed it.

Now out of date since the introduction of UK Crown Prosecution Guidance directing that naturism without intent to alarm or distress third party onlookers is NOT an illegal activity. Despite that this book is an interesting read mindful that much content is based upon opinions as opposed to proven facts. I would welcome a 2022 update.

This seems to clarify so many questions about this ''culture'' and will make you realize that there are morals and standards which are a guidelines to abide by. Your own standards may be higher but cannot be lower. There is a great sense of discipline which exists to this day and prevents the existance of thugs and scum. In this community you will feel free and perfectly safe, something which I miss in our ''modern'' society. I could go on! Respect

Have become a naturist in 2018, have skinny dipped and a little nude sunbathing on very quiet beaches in the past, but this year both Sarah and myself, went completely naked most of the holiday on a naturist beach in Greece and really enjoyed it and felt very comfortable with other people, some naked and some not.

Great book, perfect for new nudists or wanna-be nudists.

This book has very informative information nicely packaged in one book. I've had several long-term relationships with women who were also like-minded, and visiting a nudist resort was always something we talked about but never did. So this is now on my bucket list, and I believe this book is a perfect primer to read before doing so.
