They work great--the hooks through a belt loop are way stronger and more reliable than clasp style suspenders. Would be nice if you could adjust via the front straps on the fly insead of taking everything off and only adjusting the rear. The only TINY complaints I have are that the hooks stay attached to the belt loops so well (by design) that they can be tough to get off when you want them off sometimes.
