Cat Water Fountain for Drinking: GIOTOHUN 2L Super Silent Cat Fountain

Nice reasonably priced cat water fountain we have brought both sizes and both work as expected and our kittens adapted to using it straight away although they tend to drink straight from the spout.Easy to maintain and keep clean and tends to keep the water cooler rather than a static bowl of water.We like the gentle sound of water trickling in the rare moments we get a quiet room with 3 kittens rushing round relentlessly

I bought this for my 2 year old cat. Before this I was giving her water out of a bowl and she would drink water whenever she wanted but a large amount of time, she would just play with it. I spent a large amount of time trying to find the right water fountain for her that had enough water storage and was a great value for the price!I did want to have one that allowed me to control or view the water levels but wasn’t able to find a good one but this was a great alternative. This one comes with a blue backlight that in the dark can be seen and helps the cat to locate it.The size was good as it can last up to 10 days I have averaged with one cat, expect this to fluctuate if you have more than 1 cat. The durability of the fountain is very good as my cat has bumped into it while having “zoomies” and the material is a strong plastic feel and it’s easily cleanable!The noise level is completely good for the quiet house and does not interfere with anyone and as the water levels drop, you will hear it more, a slight indication that it’s going to be empty soon (a trick I’ve learnt)This one came with extra fillers and I would recommend buying extra so you can switch it each month/other month depending on how you do things.Pet attraction was high because my cat first was apprehensive about it, but once she tried the water , she now drinks water everyday and enjoys it. I would definitely recommend.

very quiet, a good size and works perfectly. all 3 of my cats started using it immediately and are enjoying it a lot in this really hot weather. nice filter setup, decent pump and holds 2l of water. easy to plop a few ice-cubes in the base as well to give the cats some cool water to drink :)

Had this almost a month and my kitten loves it! You will need filter replacements though so make sure to but with, the sponge in the tank however can be rinsed from debris and used for longer! Also you can hear when and see when a refill is needed easily! This is my third attempt at a water fountain as my kitty came from a bad home, this one finally got him to drink.

It's easy to setup, it runs silently, the cat looked at it a few times but never used it. the lead is far too short it barely reaches the floor from the plug.BUT we had one power cut and it never worked again, straight in bin, I'll never buy anything like it again

I thought this fountain was really good at first, it's very silent unless it needs refilling or topping up which is great because you then know when you need to add water. Unfortunately, I find it is very hard to clean and maintain. The silicon piece around the metal tap has grown moldy and there isn't any way to dismantle it for a good clean. The pump is the same. It has many holes that are impossible to clean through, so it grows algae, big bits of them. I never had this issue with our previous water fountain. I don't think this product was fully thought-through, it's rather unsanitary. While the cat seemed fine with it initiallyn, but she now seems to prefer drinking water from a bowl that I've placed somewhere else. She used to use her previous drinking fountain a lot more than this one. It's also a real pain to dismantle to give the bowl a good clean as the upper plate remains full of water when you turn off the fountain.I'm rather disappointed after a year of use and am now looking for an alternative.

I ordered this for my dog and he likes it. not noisy at all, when water gets low near minimum level it isnt as quiet so indication to fill up. installation was easy. not found instructions on how to clean in few weeks. for dogs, need to refill lot more often than cats. so far really happy

Nice and quiet, looks nice and modern.Unfortunately was good for all of about 6-9 months, then due to limescale etc, has become impossible to thoroughly clean. Always looks manky no matter how well you clean it. Hoped it would last longer.

Świetny produkt. Plastik wydaje się być cienki, ale towar przyszedł w całości. Działa bez zarzutu. Bardzo cichy. W nocy praktycznie go nie słychać. Dopiero jak poziom wody sięga połowy, to bardziej słychać czasami kapiącą przez filtr wodę. Samej pracy urządzenia praktycznie nie słychać. Polecam. Dokupiłam czujnik ruchu, bo stwierdziłam, że jednak nie chce, żeby chodziła non stop.

I'm only using it for 2 weeks, but my cat started to drink from it immediately. It is very silent, sometimes I think it doesn't even work anymore. Hopefully it will be the same also in longer term.

Buon articolo molto utile e silenzioso quindi il gatto non ha avuto alcun timore ad avvicinarcisi dalla la prima volta.Spero che faccia il suo dovere per un tempo "giusto" in quanto ho sentito qualche lamentela riguardo la sua durata... sarebbe un peccato perché funziona proprio bene.
