Caffeine level is between low & medium (per package). Earthy rich flavor (which is what you want with Matcha.) easily dissolved- 1 packet in 4 tablespoons of water with a bamboo matcha whisk. No issues with clumps & made a BEAUTIFUL matcha Latte when finished. Garnished with 2 pumps of sweetened liquid brown sugar syrup and 8 oz of hot frothed milk. A smooth balance of flavors and beautiful separation which shows its balance. Will absolutely buy these packets again. Shelf life is 1.5 years (ordered 12/2025, exp 07/2027). Love the packets rather than bulk bag since it will keep it fresher longer and no flavor loss compared to opening a big pack. For an 8oz glass, I would use a full packet.

Good matcha, needs better directions
The matcha looks nice and tastes good, would definitely recommend—especially for the value! However, the instructions just say to add to your latte or smoothie without specific measurements for anything. We tried adding 1 full stick to 8 oz of water and it was a bit strong, so we added 4 more oz of water (for 12 total) and it was better. Really delicious after adding a bit of sweet creamer! I’ll be making bubble tea next. 🧋😋PS one other thing to watch out for: the perforation doesn’t work super well (there’s some plastic coating on the inside of the packets so it’s hard to tear), so scissors will be preferable.

I've never tried matcha before so that my review with a grain of salt lol. I really liked the flavor! Definitely I'll buy again as is a fast and convenient drink to have. The instructions don't have any measurements tho, and contrary to another review i saw, i found it too weak at first, but it does taste great when adjusting to ones liking
