I have slept more soundly and comfortably with this pillow than any other I have tried. When I turn on my side, the pillow cradles my neck so that it is supported well, and I don’t wake up with neck or shoulder pain. The arm rest gives my arm a place to rest without disturbing its circulation (no arm numbness). The height of the pillow would be fine normally, but I have a lower back problem and I need a little more height while sleeping on my back. I handled that by placing a flatter pillow under it for a little lift. Again, this pillow cradled my neck and my back sleep was good as well. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the performance of this pillow so far! I have tried many other more expensive pillows, but this memory foam butterfly-shaped pillow seems to do the trick. It is definitely worth a try!I have reordered this pillow 5 times to give as presents. Everyone loves them!

So the pillow is smaller than what I thought it would be. So far it’s been helpful but may want to order something else.

This pillow is amazing! At first it took some getting used to because it is quite firm and not as soft as I'm used to but after a couple of days my back problems went away and my sleep quality improved greatly. I use it with my satin pillow cases

At first I was thrilled hoping that this was the pillow I needed but now in January 25 2024 it has gone flat. I ordered this Sept 16 2023!! Not even a year has gone by for this to happen. Would not recommend to anyone -too much money for this lack of quality. My previous pillow was less lasted over 5yrs!!!
