I’ve used this twice as a breading for chicken fried steak. So wonderful that I can finally make some of my old favorites but in a low carb form. Price is a bit high for me to have all the time but definitely a fun treat!

Obviously not going to be exactly like flour, but I worked with it a bit and found a way to make some delicious cheese crackers out of this! Please not it has a very specific flavor that is not to everyone’s liking. So nice to have an animal based option to use when I’m having that carb craving!

Unfortunately, I did not care for these at all. They had a weird taste, and I threw them out.

Doing the carnivore diet it is hard to find something like this. Although it was easy to do like breading anything else, I felt it was a little gritty.

This premium chicken breast flour makes a delicious breading and seasoning. It is made from antibiotic-free chicken and Redmonds salt. There are 12 grams of protein in less than one oz. It has the same texture as grain flours and mixes easily with other breading ingredients.

Got this because recommended by several in the carnivore community but along the way also found a recipe to make my own much cheaper. Great product if you just want the convenience of already prepared.

I LOVE this chicken flour. I use it to coat my chicken wings and it works well. I air fry them and they get pretty crispy. This contains salt, but I still added more before coating the chicken with it. If you need it even crispier, you can add some baking powder (50/50). It works really well too.
