If you purchase the Dimora dressings without borders you can cut them to size, say 2" x 4" or 1" squares, for greater value if that fits your needs. Tip: the dressings with borders have a smaller usable foam space, about 2" for the 4" since each borders measures about 1/2". The dressings are protected by peel off covering, like the backs of Band-Aids. I highly recommend these as a top quality product with easy application and removal. I could have used them back in the day I had a deep (full thickness) second degree burn for which they are also recommended.
