Took this up with Amazon who refunded me and let me keep the pencil.. The pencil is very easy to apply and looks good/stays put . The downside is the pencil is extremely soft and needs sharpening frequently which means it won't last any length of time. Im thinking of keeping it in the fridge but this could affect the application.
