Have a180 gallon tank and i do 25% water change every week? how many amounts i should put??? do i also put before putting water or after putting water

I did a 50% change every week because goldfish are pretty dirty. Just add it when you put the new water in the tank. The dosing directions are on the bottle. My well water is high in nitrate and Prime helps to keep it under control.

So if I have a 3g bucket, how many ml would I dose with?

Each thread represents 10 g. I had a 10 g tank and used 2 caps to get the levels to 0(zero)
